Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TalkTap ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. TalkTap is a professional live streaming community operated by Ramesh Chilaka. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Service.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at our discretion. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or use any streaming features on TalkTap. By registering, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • Any activity occurring under your account is your sole responsibility.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel accounts that provide false information.

3. Broadcasting & Creator Rewards

Broadcasters (Creators) may use the platform to showcase talent, host discussions, or stream educational content. By broadcasting on TalkTap:

  • You grant TalkTap a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute your live content.
  • Creators may be eligible for rewards based on virtual gifts received. These rewards are subject to our internal audit and payout policies.
  • TalkTap reserves the right to withhold rewards if fraudulent activity or policy violations are detected.

4. Coins & Virtual Gifts

Users may purchase "TalkTap Coins" to send "Virtual Gifts" to broadcasters. These are digital assets with no "real-world" monetary value outside the platform.

  • Purchases are non-refundable except as specified in our Refund Policy.
  • Coins cannot be traded or sold between users outside of the official gifting system.
  • We reserve the right to manage, regulate, and modify the value of digital assets at any time.

5. Prohibited Conduct

TalkTap is a professional talent-discovery community. The following activities are STRICTLY PROHIBITED and will result in an immediate permanent ban:

TalkTap is NOT a dating or hookup platform. Using the Service to seek romantic partners, solicit adult services, or share provocative content is strictly forbidden.
  • Streaming sexually explicit, obscene, or pornographic material.
  • Harassment, bullying, or hate speech targeting any individual or group.
  • Impersonating other creators or platform officials.
  • Using the platform for illegal scams, fraud, or promoting prohibited substances.

6. Termination of Access

We may suspend or terminate your access to TalkTap at any time, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or our Community Guidelines. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately, and any remaining digital assets (Coins/Gifts) will be forfeited.

7. Limitation of Liability

TalkTap is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ramesh Chilaka and TalkTap shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
