Refund & Cancellation

1. Digital Goods Policy

TalkTap is a live streaming platform where users can purchase digital assets, including TalkTap Coins and Virtual Gifts, to support their favorite broadcasters. As these are intangible digital goods that are credited instantly to your account, all successful transactions are final.

By making a purchase on the TalkTap platform, you acknowledge that you are gaining immediate access to digital content and thus waive any statutory right of withdrawal or "cooling-off" period.

2. Transaction Cancellations

Once a user confirms a purchase for Coins or Premium features, the delivery is automated and instantaneous. Therefore, we do not support the cancellation of successful transactions. We urge users to verify the amount and the selected package before proceeding with the payment.

3. Refund Eligibility

TalkTap maintains a strict No-Refund policy. However, we may consider refund requests under specific technical scenarios as determined by our audit team:

  • Failed Crediting: If the payment was successful (amount debited from your bank/UPI) but the Coins were not added to your TalkTap wallet due to a technical glitch.
  • Double Charge: If you were charged twice for the same transaction ID due to a system lag or payment gateway error.
  • Unauthorized Fraudulent Transaction: In cases of verified unauthorized usage of your payment method, subject to investigation by our security team.
Refund Timeline & Process If a refund is approved by our technical team, the amount will be reversed to your original payment source (UPI, Debit/Credit Card, or Wallet) within 3 to 7 business days.

Please note that the time taken for the amount to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank's processing cycles.

4. Account Bans & Violations

TalkTap is a professional broadcasting community. If a user’s account is permanently banned or suspended due to a violation of our Community Guidelines (e.g., streaming inappropriate content, harassment, or fraud), any remaining balance of Coins or Gifts in the wallet will be forfeited.

No refunds or compensation will be provided for accounts terminated due to policy violations.
