TalkTap operates as a social platform offering digital goods, including but not limited to Virtual Coins, Gifts, and Premium Avatars. Due to the immediate and intangible nature of digital items, all purchases made on TalkTap are considered final and non-refundable once the transaction is successfully processed.
We encourage our users to review their purchase details carefully before confirming any transaction.
Once a transaction for Coins or Virtual Gifts is initiated and confirmed by the user, it cannot be cancelled or reversed. Since the delivery of digital goods is instantaneous, there is no window for cancellation.
Subscription services (if any) can be cancelled at any time through your account settings or the Google Play Store / Apple App Store settings, preventing future billing. However, past subscription payments are non-refundable.
While we generally maintain a strict no-refund policy, we understand that technical errors can occur. Refunds may be considered ONLY under the following exceptional circumstances:

TalkTap is committed to maintaining a safe community. If your account is terminated, suspended, or banned due to a violation of our Community Guidelines (e.g., harassment, fraud, hate speech), you will forfeit all remaining Coins and Virtual Gifts in your wallet.
No refunds will be issued for any unused balance in cases of account termination due to policy violations.
